New Camera!

My new camera has arrived! I'm so pleased! I love taking/having photos, I'm addicted to it. So when I dropped my last camera in the sea a year ago I was actually devastated. I have been stealing my parents' camera for the past year but now, finally, my dad has bought me a new one. It is a Panasonic Lumix with 12.1 mega pixels which is far better than my old camera and best thing of all it's bright blue! And it has so many settings! So don't be surprised if I start uploading loads of new photos .

Okay, my excitement is over, honest . I've posted some new art including 'One For Sorrow' a biro magpie I did yesterday. I'm quite proud of it actually. Sadly, it doesn't look half as good in the photo as biro doesn't photograph too well, its shiny and turns a rusty brown colour in the light. How annoying, because it's such a marvellous medium, pen that shades!

I've joined some new groups, all full of talent! And all animal related of course . Hopefully, that will get me some more interest, and watchers maybe? Please *begging eyes*. I've been hanging around with dogs for too long . I really would like some comments on my work though, I'm very pleased that people add my work to their favourites and I'm grateful, but I really want to know what they think of it, it's not exactly difficult. I only don't comment on work I like if they already have loads of comments saying the same thing I would say. Come on people, it's courtesy if nothing else. Everyone wants the same thing on here anyway, to improve and become better artists.

Meh, I wish I had a job, there are so many things I want to buy, including a premium membership. Ah well, I need to get used to poverty I guess I'm going to university in September, I can't wait!
